What is the word of the day? Ouch. ROFL!! I hurt in places that shouldn’t hurt. Like my ass. My thighs, my one calf REALLY hurts. Day 3 of my brilliant idea. So far I have been doing yoga stretches for warming up and then aerobic stepping. (which in itself is HILARIOUS because I am so NOT co-ordinated I can’t even tell ya.) I think Nintendo should have put a big ole sticker on the Wii box saying if you are in any way unco-ordinated or vertically retarded, do NOT use this product. It does get the heart pumping though and I do feel good after I exercise. :sigh:
After I was done my time, I shut the TV off and went to get some designing done. I had a brief spurt of mojo. All I have left to do is separate the alpha. Gorgeous if I do say so myself. Steve was working on the lawn tractor. It has died. Not good considering ti has rained for a few days and the grass over the septic tank is long enough to braid and bead. LOL. Anyway, he gets frustrated and decided to come inside for some lunch and watch some TV. He goes to turn on the TV and it won’t turn on. Seems when I shut it off, the bulb blew. LOL! So not only did I break my ass …I broke the TV too!! ROFL!!! He went downstairs to the man-pit and grabbed the dinky thing down there but he called Sheila (she is his BFF and owns an electronics store) in a panic and will be picking up a new bulb today. So none of us will have to miss our Wii (me), Disney Channel (her) or Young & Restless (him). ROFL!!! Hopefully today we’ll be back to watching the big screen. Now if we can just get the damn tractor fixed….

Hahahaha wait till you unlock the next game of stepping and you have to get on the thing sideways…..you feel you should be an octopus. I get so confused but it’s good for a laugh. Maybe that’s why I don’t feel as if I am losing any weight, I’m laughing too much at myself.
Keep up with it, like you it does makes you feel good after you do your 30 mins or so.
Geez hope your telly can be fixed and also hubby’s tractor. You’re not having a good time of it lately, did the pool come up sparkling clean?
